Established in 1994, Camelot Home Inspection Services is owned and operated by Martin Hewitt, an ASHI Certified Home Inspector (ACI) and Master CREIA Home Inspector (MCI) with 30 years of full-time, professional home inspection experience. In California, where there is no licensing or regulation of home inspectors of any kind, dual certification with ASHI and CREIA demonstrates a dedication to ethics, education and service above and beyond the norm. Martin is proud to be associated with these prestigious and credible home inspection associations, and is currently the only ASHI Certified Home Inspector and Master CREIA Home Inspector on the California Central Coast. Martin has personally performed over 6500 home inspections that meet or exceed the CREIA and ASHI Standards of Practice.

Central Coast Home Inspection is not aligned or affiliated with C.A.R. or any real estate companies or brokerage firms. When you hire us, we go to work for you and nobody else.
